  • Allergies- People with Food sensitivity should be cautious while consuming pumpkin seeds. Even applying pumpkin seed oil directly to face is not advisable. Try to use in hands if no rashes or reaction then only go for face.

  • Hypoglycemic- People with low blood glucose or hypoglycemic should avoid having pumpkin seeds. As described above diabetic patient can consume to have strong check on insulin level but people with low blood glucose is not at all advisable to consume pumpkin seeds. 

  • Not to be eaten by pregnants- Researcher says that pumpkin seeds can cause diuresis in pregnant women which can cause mineral imbalance.

  6. I love pumpkin seeds. I add them to my homemade grain free granola. Taking them out of the pumpkin after we carve it, then baking the pumpkin seeds is one of my favorite traditions around Halloween time too!
